Course Description
Course information provided by the 2017-2018 Catalog.
Covers the fundamental concepts of marketing management and the techniques, analyses, and frameworks for solving marketing management problems. Students explore theories and conceptual frameworks that draw on customer, competitor, and core-capability analyses in marketing planning and implementation. Students develop decision-making capabilities in product/service development, pricing, advertising and promotions.
Permission Note Enrollment limited to: M.M.H. students or permission of instructor.
Outcomes
- PLO 1.2: Students will analyze a management situation within a global hospitality context and defend a course of action.
