This course is designed as a modern military style workout program with an emphasis on both aerobic and anaerobic fitness. Each workout session will consist of stretching, warm-up calisthenics, cardio training, full body resistance training, core activation and cool down stretching. This is a high energy course that will teach students the importance of motivation, enthusiasm and teamwork while familiarizing them with total-fitness techniques and concepts. If you are ready to push yourself and train hard, Bootcamp is for you. Students of all fitness levels will benefit greatly from this course.
