Prerequisite: Introductory Nutritional Sciences (NS 1150 or NS 1220, or equivalent) and Biochemistry coursework (at least one of the following courses: NS 3200, BIOMG 3300, BIOMG 3310, BIOMG 3330, or BIOMG 3350, or equivalent). Recommended prerequisite: NS 3310.
