Instruction Mode: In Person

Enrollment limited to: Graduate Students. All students must receive the instructor’s permission via an application process. Applications consist of a resume and a two paragraph statement explaining the motivation to take the course. Applications will be submitted electronically to John Foote jhf25@cornell.edu on or before October 31, 2023. Participants will be notified by November 10, 2023.

Instruction Mode: In Person

Taught in Puerto Rico over Spring Break, March 31st - April 6th. Each student will be responsible for a) making and b) the cost of travel arrangements to and from San Juan, Puerto Rico, as well as incidentals on the island including meals. Note: Travel grants are available through the Cornell Program in Infrastructure Policy.
