Course Description
Course information provided by the 2021-2022 Catalog.
The MMH Master Class is a multi-day immersion seminar held at the site of a leading hospitality firm, such as a hotel, resort, or cruise line. Students solve problems based on real-life scenarios facing the host organization and present their solutions to industry leaders and the Hotel School faculty member(s) who accompany them.
Permission Note Enrollment limited to: MMH students or permission of instructor.
Fees Course fee: TBA. Students may be asked to offset some of the costs of lodging and travel.
When Offered Fall, Spring.
Satisfies Requirement Satisfies MMH Core.
Regular Academic Session. Choose one lecture and one field studies.
