Course Description

This two-part course is designed to offer descriptive and prescriptive knowledge about management, leadership, and ethics in organizations. Selected issues, themes, cases, readings, and exercises will be relevant and applicable to working in the hospitality industry. Together, both courses will give students more insight into the following:
Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: HADM 7271.
