Course Description
Course information provided by the 2017-2018 Catalog.
Experiments exemplify concepts covered in PLBIO 3420 and offer experience in a variety of biological and biochemical techniques, from the cellular to whole plant level, with emphasis on experimental design.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Corequisite: PLBIO 3420.
Outcomes
- Explain, evaluate, and effectively interpret concepts relating to plant physiology
- Learn and perform basic laboratory techniques to test hypotheses and make critical observations
- Demonstrate the ability to think critically, and analyze data as it relates to basic concepts in plant physiology
When Offered Spring.
Comments May not be taken for credit after PLBIO 2421. Similar to PLBIO 2421 but at more advanced level. Lab, disc.
