We will examine a specific destination and will visit restaurant, lodging, and convention center organizations for tours and interactive discussion with a range of travel and hospitality executives.


Permission Note Enrollment limited to: MMH students or permission of instructor.

Fees Students may be asked to offset some of the costs of lodging and travel.
