The course is designed to improve writing and speaking skills as applied in the real estate industry contexts and practices. Students learn to think critically and strategically about communication, to produce messages that are clear, concise, efficient, and effective. Students will have several opportunities to practice effective communication elements in a variety of genres, ranging from shorter messages to complex reports and decks, as well as persuasive speeches.
