Advanced Modern Hebrew II: Special Topics in Hebrew

Course information provided by the 2015-2016 Catalog.

This course is a continuation of work done in NES 3101/JWST 3101, with less emphasis on the study of grammar. We will read and discuss texts of cultural relevance using articles published in Israeli newspapers, web sites, and works by authors in each of the three principal genres: poetry, theater, and novels.


Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: JWST 3101 or above or permission of instructor.

Permission Note Enrollment limited to: 15 students.
