Introduction to research and theory in social psychology, covering the same material as Psychology 2800 (social influence, persuasion, and attitude change; social interaction and group phenomena; altruism and aggression; stereotyping and prejudice; everyday reasoning and judgment).  In addition to attending all the lectures in Psychology 2800, students will attend an additional weekly seminar and all assessment is based on writing instead of exams.
