Independent study allows students the opportunity to pursue special interests not treated in regularly scheduled courses. A faculty member, who becomes the student's instructor for the course, must approve the student's program of study and agree to provide continuing supervision of the work. Students must prepare a proposal for independent study, which is available in 223 Schwartz Center.


Fees Students doing a film related Independent Study may incur a course fee of $150.00.
