This course examines the principles underlying the U.S. taxation of U.S. persons who earn income abroad and the U.S. taxation of foreign persons who earn income in the United States.


Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: Federal Income Taxation.

Permission Note LLM students who have not taken Federal Income Taxation must secure permission of the instructor.
