Introduction to China

Course information provided by the 2014-2015 Catalog.

Interdisciplinary introduction to Chinese culture especially designed for students not majoring in Asian Studies. Explores literature, history, religion, art and archaeology, and other aspects of China's rich and diverse heritage, from earliest times to the present. Mandatory section plus 2 lectures weekly.
