This course is designed primarily for students in the first semester of their MPS program in Integrative Plant Science. The intent is to guide these students in their path of career discovery by exploring their strengths, preferences and perspectives on their work in the world. Strategies will be introduced and practiced that will help students become a better team-member and leader. A component of the course will be assistance with the development of a capstone project.
