The theme of the course is to explore some the key principles of effective leadership in today's world. This will be done through 1.) Exploring historical and contemporary theories and models of leadership 2.) Developing self-awareness of leadership strengths and weaknesses through the use of behavioral instruments and group exercises and 3.) Developing decision-making and change management skills.

Enrollment limited to: Johnson Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Management students. Course fee: $100 for required self assessment:
Add/Drop Dates: 9:00 am, August 19, 2024 - 11:59 pm, September 9, 2024 with an additional add/drop period 8:00 am, October 16, 2024 - 11:59 pm, October 23, 2024. Students will be assessed a $100 late fee and required to obtain faculty permission to add/drop after October 23, 2024.
