Probability Theory I

Measure theory, independence, distribution of sums of iid random variables, laws of large numbers, and central limit theorem. Other topics as time permits.


Prerequisites REF-FA25/Corequisites REF-FA25 knowledge of Lebesgue integration theory, at least on real line. Students can learn this material by taking MATH 4130-MATH 4140 or MATH 6210. Corequisites: None.
