As part of the Hospitality Leadership Development Program (HLDP), this course provides context for the hands-on experience in navigating the complexities of a dynamic hotel environment, including overseeing peers and long-tenured staff. Through interactive discussions, case-based learning, and practical application, you will refine the skills needed to coordinate teams, solve operational challenges, and ensure seamless guest experiences.
