You'll work on developing essential skills like facilitating peer learning, providing constructive feedback, and creating welcoming classroom environments where all students can thrive. You'll engage with insightful readings, observe experienced instructors, reflect on your growth, and complete practical projects that prepare you to support undergraduate learning across any discipline.
