ILRHR 3620

Course information provided by the 2019-2020 Catalog.

Covers the components of career management, individual factors, and organizational realities in the development of both individual choices in careers and organized programs for career management. Two complementary learning tasks are required that help the student apply theory to practice: information-gathering for career decision-making based on self-assessment activities and reflections, and comprehension of organizational circumstances and practices encountered as careers develop. Grades are based on some reading and guest speaker reactions, short writing assignments, a networking activity, and a final integrative assignment.

When Offered Fall, Spring (seven-week session).
