Introduction to Kun Tao Silat

Kun Tao Silat is a traditional Indonesian martial art that is well adapted for modern self-defense, while teaching valuable exercises, principles, and techniques from Chinese Kung Fu.  It is characterized by explosive yet flowing hand movements, mobility on and close to the ground, and the effortless ability to break an attacker's posture (placing them on the ground) in order to neutralize their aggression.
