Two complementary learning tasks are required that help the student apply theory to practice: information-gathering for career decision-making based on self-assessment activities and reflections, and comprehension of organizational circumstances and practices encountered as careers develop. Grades are based on some reading and guest speaker reactions, short writing assignments, a networking activity, and a final integrative assignment.
