Course Description
Course information provided by the 2018-2019 Catalog.
Review of vector analysis; complex variable theory, Cauchy-Rieman conditions, complex Taylor and Laurent series, Cauchy integral formula and residue techniques, conformal mapping; Fourier Series; Fourier and Laplace transforms; ordinary differential equations; separation of variables.
Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: MATH 2930. Strongly recommended prerequisite: prior completion of common course curriculum mathematics and physics courses.
Forbidden Overlaps Forbidden Overlap: due to an overlap in content, students will not receive credit for both AEP 3200 and AEP 4210.
Permission Note Enrollment limited to: upper-level undergraduates in physical sciences.
