Two of the most pressing issues that humankind will face in the 21st Century are Climate Change and Energy. These two issues are inexorably linked together and impact other great challenges including fresh water, agriculture, and soil. How will we provide for 9.5 billion people in 2050? In EAS 1101 this semester, we will give you the fundamental background that you will need to be an informed citizen on these timely and extremely important issues.
