    Class is open to graduate students in Natural Resources and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology. Literature seminar discussing a suite of controversial conservation topics, critically analyzing different sides of the scientific debate surrounding these issues and exploring feedbacks among science, policy, management, and public perceptions.

    Day/Time TBA after an organizational meeting. This graduate seminar targeted primarily to students in Natural Resources and Ecology & Evolutionary Biology and will take the form of a journal club that meets weekly to discuss the burgeoning literature on non-model genomics, specifically focusing on applications of next-gen sequencing to address ecological and evolutionary questions in non-model organisms (i.e. without the benefit of a fully sequenced reference genome).
