Through hands-on projects in a variety of contexts, students working in teams will learn a process for injecting hospitality into any organization through the application of design thinking methodology.  The course will also address implications for operations and the built environment.


Permission Note Enrollment limited to: 25 students. Open to seniors and graduate students in any program; juniors by permission on a space available basis.
