Course Description
Course information provided by the 2015-2016 Catalog.
Acquaints first-year students with issues and disciplines in the field of industrial and labor relations and establishes acquaintanceship among members of the ILR faculty and small, randomly assigned groups of students. Includes several meetings early in the semester designed to introduce issues encountered in studying the employment relationship.
