Seminar in European Fascism

An attempt to define and understand the social, political, and intellectual origins, mechanisms, and goals of European fascists movements of the 1920s and 1930s by detailed study of German national socialism, Italian fascism, and the Action Francaise. Students will only be required to stay in class until 3:45.
