An introduction to advanced experimental methods in microbiology. Students will gain experience with a variety of cutting-edge technologies used to characterize genetic, physiological, and structural aspects of microbes. These skills will be utilized during the isolation and characterization of bacteria isolated from diverse habitats.


Prerequisites/Corequisites Prerequisite: BIOMI 2900, BIOMI 2910, or BIOMI 2911 and BIOMG 3300, BIOMG 3310, BIOMG 3330, or BIOMG 3350.

Permission Note Priority given to biological sciences students in microbiology program of study.
