The course is particularly relevant to students interested in science management, technology transfer, international agriculture, and business.

Outcomes

• Gain knowledge to factor intellectual assets and its impact through technology transfer, value intellectual assets and understand the process of their transfer and gain exposure to the global trends in technology transfer including the negotiation and transaction execution process.
